Hi all I am Johnny Araneda from Blind Sight Music, a Hip Hop & Reggaeton artist in Brisbane, I am a social working in a Men's homelessness emergency shelter and have been in the social work industry for over thirteen years, I have worked for myself running hip hop based program's aimed at youth to empower them. this is why I chose to raise much needed funds for youth impacted by abuse & neglect.

The importance of early intervention with young people is crucial, Each year hundreds of thousands of notifications of child abuse and neglect are made to authorities across Australia. These are not just alarming statistics, each of these reports is a child who is in great need of support and care to rebuild their sense of safety and hope. Protecting children is everyone’s responsibility and Organisations who facilitate the health and well being of our vulnerable youth need our support to provide self-esteem affirming experiences, counselling and community programs. With your help children who have experienced a traumatic start to life can be given a chance to flourish and reach their full potential.

You can be the difference in our community by donating to this admirable charity Today, all proceeds go directly to Southern cross kids camps.

thank you All for your support

Why am I fundraising and how can you help me?

Many children are robbed of the opportunity to just be children, something that most of us take for granted. Each year hundreds of thousands of notifications of child abuse and neglect are made to authorities across Australia. These are not just alarming statistics, each of these reports is a child who is in great need of support and care to rebuild their sense of safety and hope. Protecting children is everyone’s responsibility and Organisations who facilitate the health and wellbeing of our vulnerable youth need our support to provide self-esteem affirming experiences, counselling and community programs. With your help children who have experienced a traumatic start to life can be given a chance to flourish and reach their full potential.

Net proceeds raised throughout this project will be granted to Southern Cross Kids' Camps. https://www.sckc.org.au/
